I like this stuff by Justin David Cox “Face Stuffing Queso Eater”

Justin David Cox | Face Stuffing Queso Eater.

“Justin David Cox is a twenty-something designer/photographer living in Austin Texas… He is a member of Porch Party and works out of a shared space in east Austin known as Public School.”

I like the minimalistic style of this guy’s work; I’d seriously buy the CC or the animal collective or the R@@@.

Hello world!

One cliche that I have always really liked is the one that goes, It doesn’t matter where we’ve been, only where we’re going. The expression is  usually used in conjunction with some sort of shamefully dysfunctional romance (two lovers who’ve wronged in the past but are willing to ignore who they once were in order to embrace who they are today), but I’d like to apply it to the conception of this blog. I like the quote because, despite everything that may have happened (good or bad), the choice to move forward in a certain conscious direction is what really defines a great lover or captain.

The conception of this blog: When I was in school, I felt good about where I was going, the network I was creating. I knew what I wanted, I graduated, I finished what I had planned to do. It’s been 3 months since I graduated with my Bachelors degree in Business/Economics from Santa Cruz and began working in inside sales at a marketing firm in San Ramon, California called Reply! Inc. Honestly though, the feeling of confidence and security and purpose isn’t there anymore; I don’t know where I’m headed in the next few years and that makes me feel incredibly insecure. That’s why I decided to create this blog, to track the path I take through life as a post-undergrad. Step One: Create Some Life/Career Goals.
